Christina SeriOperations Manager
Christina Seri joined the Ambient Energy team in late 2016 as the Operations Manager. Christina moved from Milwaukee, WI where she worked in the commercial real estate and finance industries. She holds a MBA with a concentration in Business Management and has over 15 years of experience in the fields of both operations and management. In her prior role, Christina worked on many projects to improve the energy efficiency and functionality of large commercial buildings but wanted to have a greater and more direct impact. She headed to Colorado to join the area’s growing A/E/C industry where she has been enjoying the environmentally conscious and active lifestyle that Colorado embraces.
Callé HewettMarketing Coordinator
First inspired by the sustainable efforts of Northern Arizona University, where Callé received a BFA in Visual Communication and a BA in Spanish, she has since sought out the opportunity to become more involved in preserving our environment. With a background in museum art education and magazine design, Callé believes in the power of communication, education, and taking action. Callé manages the marketing, graphic design, branding, proposal writing, and social media. She is inspired by the AEC industries and the incorporation of sustainable concepts in the built world.

19 years of experience in sustainable design, analysis of energy, renewables, and carbon, and facility audits for energy and operational efficiency. Ms. Morrison’s experience also includes low-carbon strategies, efficient system design, supply and demand side energy strategies, measurement and verification protocols, and pro-forma financial business case analysis.
MATT STEENBuilding Performance Engineer

Develops sophisticated energy models to evaluate the performance of new and existing buildings to meet local codes, third-party certification, and client goals. He has experience analyzing the technical and economic feasibility of renewable energy systems, residential energy research at a national laboratory, and the development of building energy simulation software.

Steven AnticknapProject Manager, Commissioning Team Lead
PE, CCP, CEM, LEED AP
Steven brings 17 years of commissioning experience. He has worked as an MEP designer, a commissioning engineer and a commissioning manager on the construction side. His first commissioning project was a rocket at the NASA Space Center in Florida – there could be no mistakes on the first job! Other challenging projects he has commissioned include large central utility plants, data centers, and airports. He has experience in a wide variety of sectors including aviation, military, hospitality, vehicle maintenance, and education.

Experience conducting energy audits and existing building commissioning experience. As part of the existing building commissioning, Steven worked with contractors to implement improved control strategies.
Ryan LynchCommissioning Engineer
P.E. Ryan is part of the Commissioning Team at Ambient Energy and is working from the San Francisco office. Ryan is a licensed mechanical engineer in the State of California with 10 years of experience in building engineering. Projects include commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy audits, measurement & verification, and energy modeling.

Eric Mueller joined the Ambient Energy Commissioning Team in January 2017 and is working from the Denver office. Eric is a LEED Accredited Professional with over 3 years of experience in building energy and commissioning services, with an emphasis on high-performance buildings. Utilizing his experience in commissioning, retrocommissioning, and energy modeling, Eric continually strives to make positive impacts on buildings with Ambient Energy and deliver maximal value to clients. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Gregory EvansCommissioning Engineer
As a member of Ambient Energy’s Commissioning Team, Gregory brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with Test and Balance, Controls, and the Commissioning of Building energy systems. His 6+ years of experience covers the full spectrum of the building construction lifecycle; from pre-design to turn-over and operations and includes myriad building types encompassing industrial, airport, higher education, k-12, and health care. Additionally, Gregory has experience with executing Existing Building Commissioning, developing and implementing Monitor-Based Commissioning, programming various control systems, and analyzing building data pertaining to utility and controls instrumentation.
Jeff McEnteeCommissioning Engineer

Jeffrey brings over a decade of industry experience. He has worked doing energy performance contracting for 8 years followed by over 2 years of new building commissioning work. His project list includes K-12, higher education, municipalities, correctional facilities, multi-family, recreation centers and office buildings. Jeffrey has managed EPC projects as well as performed re/retro commissioning studies and has served as the commissioning agent for LEED, IECC and CHPS new construction projects across several states. Jeffrey brings a collaborative atmosphere to his projects to deliver the maximum value to his clients.

He also has experience conducting energy audits and developing occupant engagement campaigns for existing buildings. Clayton has earned the Sustainable Facility Professional (SFP) credential from the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA), and is a LEED Accredited Professional with specialties in Building Design and Construction (BD+C) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

Devika has 4 years of mechanical design, commissioning and LEED consulting experience. She has commissioned both MEP and building envelope systems. Having been on the design and implementation side, Devika understands how to bridge the gaps between the design and construction teams to build an energy efficient space. Devika is also passionate about waste management and sourcing building materials.

Helene brings 12+ years of experience in the built environment focused on sustainable design and construction, LEED project management, regenerative development, facilitation, and affordable housing. Helene has a strong talent for project management, developing client relationships, workshop facilitation, systems thinking, and innovative concept development.
